💛Teacher's influence on students' life and growth mindset in the classroom💛

Reflection about the topic: Today was our first class and I really enjoyed all the things we learned, the topic for today was amazing because I could understand how as teachers we influence students' life, so we have to create a comfortable environment in which every student feels safe. It's really important to create effective learning opportunities with values in between such as respect, empathy, and authenticity. Furthermore, we checked about growth mindset in the classroom, and how important it is to support our students and motivating them to develop their growth mindset to face challenges, obstacles, criticism, and more.

Personal Reflection what you can do as a teacher: After the class, I understood that as a teacher in the future I have to create a good environment to study, to make possible the implementation of activities that will be useful to the students to develop the growth mindset. For me, the classroom must be a place where my students face problems and achieve their objectives with my support and their skills, a place where they can make mistakes without fear of the repercussions, and where they can find support for their problems, their confusion, their bad moments, etc. To create this environment it's necessary to apply all the information I received in this class because each of our students is completely different from the other, so we have to be patient and respectful with their process to learn, to grow, and to acquire information.
