💜Mapping out our social context💜

Reflection about the topic: Today we have an interesting class in which all the group shared strategies to implement in classes to develop a growth mindset in our students, the main points we commented on were: the power of words, creative activities which dare them, the failure is something normal but it's necessary to try again and don't give up. The second part of our class was teamwork to mapping out our social context and the issues that arise in the social environment of students that are barriers in their educational process.

Personal reflection what you can do as a teacher: From this class, I realized that some activities that I can implement in my classes to develop the growth mindset in my students are: games such as puzzles or memory tasks, activities related to motivation between the group, activities to set goals, challenges from easy to complex, etc. Another important thing is the fact that I have to recognize the social context of my students to understand their process, thoughts, and behaviors and how to deal with them from the classroom.
