Reflection about the topic: I enjoyed the topic because it is not just related to pedagogy, it is also part of everyday activities. That day I was feeling a little bit sad, but I took attention to the explanation and activities we did, so I understood the importance of these characteristics to grow as a person because we are leaders of our lives every day.

Personal Reflection what you can do as a teacher: As a teacher, I have the work to transmit and to impress my students with these values, they have to understand that each of them are leaders and are important, so they have to acquire and share these characteristics to be better people and to impact other people.
