Reflection about the topic: To be honest, I had felt a little bit tired that day, so I had some problems paying attention to the information presented by my classmate, but after class decided to read some notes and their PowerPoint presentation again and it helps me to clarify doubts and the topic itself. The work from Nancy Fraser shows completely the biggest problems of our society; firstly, it is known that nowadays we live in a reality of injustice and dishonest, so it's accurate to talk about the social dimensions Fraser proposed and the influence they have in the construction of equal opportunities to everybody. That presentation spotted how bad is the organization of our society and how many people are invisibilized by stereotypes and lack of opportunities, the presentation gave us a bigger view of our problems and it also explained to us ways to improve and reconstruct a better society such as redistribute, recognize and represent the invisible people that have been affecting from inequality for many years and need a change to have opportunities.

Personal Reflection what you can do as a teacher: My contribution as a teacher will be the creation of an equal environment, I want to recognize the importance of every person I'm going to teach classes, I am going to make them understand that all of us deserve opportunities, be listened and be treated with respect, and I think if they learn in a place in which all of them have equality and receive what they deserve they are going to replicate this treatment and sequence in their houses or with their friends, so I know that I have to impact their lives with real interest and respect because they could understand that if they have their voices to shout, to express themselves and to participate, all of us have our voices to do the same, and they are going to give the same as they receive in their lives.
